I tried shopping on Rainbowlightsus, but the whole site felt slow and confusing. The menus weren’t really clear, and I couldn’t hardly find basic info without clicking around forever. I ended up getting frustrated and just gave up before placing an order.

I bought these hoping they’d help cut down my power bill, but i haven’t noticed much of a difference. For lights at this price, I expected better efficiency. They work fine, but value-wise they feel a bit disappointing.

Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like support has been giving me the runaround for weeks. I’ve followed up multiple times, and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Frustrating at this point.

I’m not totally sure what I expected, but these just don’t feel worth the money to me. They seem a bit cheaper than similar lights I’ve bought elsewhere, even though they cost more. Maybe they work fine for some people, but I don’t think I’d buy them again.

I ordered from Rainbow Lights and just had a quick question about my delivery, but getting hold of them was a nightmare. I emailed first, then filled out the contact form, and heard absolutely nothing back.

I ended up having to chase them with another message days later, and still didn’t get a response. I get that places can be busy, but once you’ve paid, it’s really frustrating not being able to get a simple answer. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered these because the colors in the photos looked really soft and warm, which was exactly what I wanted. In person, though, they’re quite a bit brighter than I expected and feel a little harsher. The blue reads more purple to me, and the warm white has a slight yellow/green tint. I tried moving them around in different spots, but the color still didn’t really look right for my space. They may work for someone else, but since the color was the main reason I bought them, I was a little disappointed.

I assumed the warranty would make things easy, you know, warranty equals covered, quick fix, done. That was my mental shortcut going in. But when I actually needed support, it felt like the warranty didn’t really help at all. Frustrating experience...

I ordered these lights because the photos made them look way nicer than they actually were. When they showed up, they just didn’t match what I expected, so I figured I’d return them and move on. But even finding clear return instructions was annoying — I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer.

When they finally replied, it felt like a total runaround. Like, give me a break, I just wanted to send the lights back and get my refund. It’s been weeks and I’m still waiting, so no, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again...

The lights themselves are fine , but the app keeps disconnecting on me every time I try to use it .

I had these set up outside for about a week, and I’m sure the rain got into a few of the bulbs. After that, half the strip started flickering and one section just stopped working altogether. I figured they’d be more weatherproof than this, so yeah, kind of frustrating.

I checked out Rainbowlightsus hoping to find a bigger variety of styles, but the selection felt limited to me. A lot of the lights looked similar, and I couldn’t really find the sizes or colors I was looking for. It might be fine if you just need something basic, but for me, it wasn’t really worth spending too much time on lol.

I was really hoping these lights would brighten up my room, but they looked dull once I set them up. They barely gave off enough light to make a difference. I also got inconsistent answers about how bright they were supposed to be, which was frustrating because I didn’t know what to expect. Overall, not what I was looking for.

I was going to place an order, but I just didn’t feel great about it. The checkout page and the info on the site didn’t really make me feel secure, and I couldn’t find enough clear details about how that stuff was handled. Something about it felt off, so I backed out and probably won’t use it

I tried installing these myself thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into a real headache. The instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the parts didn’t seem to line up the way they should. I spent way more time on it than I planned and still ended up having to call someone for help. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re hoping for an easy DIY install

These lights looked good when I first put them up, so I was happy at the start. But after just a few weeks, a few of the bulbs stopped working. I kept them indoors the whole time, so I’m not really sure what happened or if I just got unlucky. For the price, I thought they’d last a bit longer.

I’m still waiting on my order, i haven’t gotten any updates, which is frustrating.

The lights themselves look good, so at first I thought they’d be a solid buy. But reading between the lines after using them for a bit, the battery life is the problem. Mine barely makes it through the night, and I feel like I’m constantly having to charge it. Disappointing overall.

I wanted it to work, but the adhesive just fell off and wouldn’t stay stuck, lol. Disappointing.

I ordered this because the page made it sound one way, but what showed up was different from what I expected. I was confused when I opened it like, wait, is this even the same thing?? Annoying, and I wouldn’t have bought it if the listing had been clearer.

I wanted to like these, but they felt cheap right out of the box. The lights stopped working way sooner than expected, which was really frustrating. Not the best value, unfortunately.
